In this role you will: 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Exhibit passion for software development.
  • Apply system thinking to solve business and technical problems.
  • Quick learner who can learn and apply latest technologies in their work.
  • Contribute to development and testing in areas of ongoing product development and improvements.
  • Comfortable to work on Windows and Linux/UNIX operating systems 
  • Flexible to work in any area and technology depending upon the need.
  • Deliver key committed features within timelines with high quality.
  • Adhere to  Agile practices and methodologies. Participate in all Agile ceremonies.

Your background:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a product development organization with a strong understanding of test-driven development (TDD).
  • Proficiency in programming languages, primarily on C and C++, with an openness to learn other relevant technologies.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and database concepts.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability principles.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Tabnine.
  • Exposure to AI/ML fundamentals, including prompt engineering, automation, or AI-powered code generation, is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to brainstorm, plan, and develop new features.
  • Comfortable working across Unix and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
